You can update your email, password, and phone number in Account Settings → Profile. Your registered name, date of birth, and payment method cannot be changed after account creation. To update payment methods, add a new one in the Wallet section and remove the old one.

Go to the login page and tap 'Forgot Password.' We'll send a reset link to your registered email. Click the link to create a new password. The link expires after 30 minutes for security. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder or contact support.
